Work Style: Hybrid (4 days in office)

Role Descriptions:
Design| develop| and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian low code platform Build scalable| record centric applications using Appian best practices
Develop SAIL interfaces| process models| records| reports| and integrations
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions Lead design discussions and perform code reviews
Optimize application performance| security| and scalability
Support deployments across Dev| QA| and Production environments
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
Collaborate with business stakeholders| architects| QA| and DevOps teams
Support UAT| production issues| and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable enterprise applications on the Appian platform, including record-centric applications, SAIL interfaces, process models, reports, and integrations. Lead design discussions and code reviews, support deployments and production issues, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.
Requirements
The role requires 8–10 years of experience developing enterprise applications with Appian BPM. Candidates should be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and apply Appian best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
