Essential Skills: Experience with Atlassian tools beyond Jira can enhance the candidates ability to integrate various systems. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS is beneficial for deploying applications. Familiarity with CICD pipelines can streamline development processes. Understanding of responsible AI practices is advantageous for implementing AI solutions. Certifications in relevant technologies can validate the candidates expertise. Proficiency in Jira Service Management is essential for configuring and automating workflows. Strong Java and Python development skills are required for building applications and integrations. Experience with REST APIs and webhooks is necessary for effective system integration. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is important for working in a collaborative environment. Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills are critical for maintaining operational efficiency.Required Qualifications Skillsets 3 years of experience administering| developing| or automating

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Jira Service Management intake portals, workflows, and automation that classify, prioritize, route, and track enterprise requests. Develop Java and Python services, APIs, integrations, and responsible AI capabilities, while monitoring performance and improving systems through reporting and operational practices.

Requirements

Requires at least three years of experience administering, developing, or automating systems, with proficiency in Jira Service Management and Java/Spring Boot and/or Python. Candidates should have experience with APIs and enterprise integrations, AI or intelligent automation, SQL, secure production systems, troubleshooting, and observability; cloud, container, and Atlassian platform experience is also relevant.
