Role: AWS Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid
Contract Role
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise AWS multi-account environments using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and SCPs.
- Expert knowledge of IAM, permission boundaries, cross-account access, trust policies, and least-privilege security.
- Strong AWS networking skills: VPC, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, VPC endpoints, Route 53, and load balancers.
- Hands-on experience with EC2, EKS/ECS, ECR, Lambda, S3, SQS, KMS, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with AWS CDK (preferred), Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Experience with Python/shell scripting, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities
Design and manage enterprise AWS multi-account environments, including account governance, access controls, and least-privilege security. Build and operate AWS networking and cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and monitor and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Requirements
Requires strong hands-on experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, SCPs, IAM, and AWS networking, along with familiarity with a broad range of AWS services. Candidates should have strong Infrastructure as Code experience, preferably with AWS CDK, and experience with scripting, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
