Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer with strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST API development, and MongoDB to join our team in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices following software design patterns and architectural standards.
- Work with MongoDB, SQL Server, Kafka, and multithreading.
- Implement application security using Spring Security and support batch processing with Spring Batch.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, following Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub, Jenkins CI/CD, and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Kafka, GitHub, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Spring Security, Spring Batch, Angular, Azure Cloud, Python, PySpark, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Autosys.
