Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid
Contract Role
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
We are looking for familiarity with parts of our product portfolio including:
- Ping Identity Ping Directory Server/ ForgeRock DS
- ForgeRock IDM, Microsoft Entra ID
- Standards-based protocols like LDAP and SCIM
And experience with:
- Encryption-in-transit solutions (TLS, certificate management)
- Unix / Linux systems administration (RedHat Enterprise Linux, CentOS)
- Infrastructure as Code pipelines (Git, Jenkins)
- Automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform)

Responsibilities
Support directory services and identity management solutions using Ping Identity and ForgeRock products. Work with identity protocols, encryption and certificate management, Linux systems, and infrastructure automation pipelines.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Candidates should have familiarity with Ping Directory Server or ForgeRock DS, ForgeRock IDM, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and SCIM, along with experience in TLS, Linux administration, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
