Responsibilities
Validate chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and consistency, and identify hallucinations, formatting issues, and knowledge gaps. Create and maintain test scenarios, regression suites, and automation; analyze conversations, report defects and quality metrics, and support UAT, releases, and production monitoring.
Requirements
Requires five years of QA, SDET, or test automation experience, including experience testing AI, LLM, generative AI, chatbot, virtual assistant, or conversational platforms. Candidates should know prompt engineering, API testing, automation frameworks, and tools such as Python, Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, with strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
