Role : RPA UiPath Developer
Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development.
Location : Toronto ,ON
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA UiPath Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and experience leading end-to-end RPA implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.
- Build reusable automation frameworks using UiPath RE Framework.
- Develop attended, unattended, and hybrid automations.
- Integrate automation with APIs, databases, ERP, web, and legacy applications.
- Implement Document Understanding, OCR, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Manage UiPath Orchestrator, scheduling, monitoring, and deployments.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Prepare technical design documents and ensure security and compliance standards.
- Lead RPA projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience and 5+ years of UiPath development.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, OCR, Task Mining, and Process Mining.
- Programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, or .NET.
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure is preferred.
- Strong process analysis, estimation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
