Strong SAP production/application support experience
SAP system administration and troubleshooting

Kernel and support package upgrades
Transport and background-job administration
Incident| Problem and Change Management experience

Responsibilities
Administer and support SAP systems across DEV, QAS, and PRD environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance support. Manage system refreshes and copies, upgrades, transports, background jobs, and incident, problem, and change processes.
Requirements
Requires at least six years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience and strong SAP production and application support experience. Candidates should have SAP NetWeaver administration experience, SAP HANA administration or support knowledge, and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
