Role: SAP IS-U Functional Business Analyst
Location: Calgary, AB – Hybrid
Job Description
Required Skills Strong business analysis and requirement gathering experience. Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms. Preferred Skills Experience in Enterprise Solutions and IT Service Management environments. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA is an added advantage.
We are seeking an experienced ISU Business Analyst (L2 Senior) to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Engage with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flows. Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities. Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and solution validation. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
