Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in technology transformation, AWS Cloud, and financial services. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with experience managing large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project / Program Management.
- Strong experience in AWS Cloud and Cloud Transformation projects.
- Experience managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
- Financial Services / Banking industry experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AWS Cloud and technology transformation programs.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Drive project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations to ensure successful project delivery.
