Roles & Responsibilities 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis| Systems Analysis| Application Portfolio Management| DevOps Support| or Service Management (10+ preferred).Gather| document| and validate application-to-repository mapping requirements.Build and maintain mappings between applications| repositories| owners| support teams| and pipelines.Reconcile data across GitHub| Bitbucket| ServiceNow| CMDBs| spreadsheets| and other systems.Identify and resolve missing| duplicate| inaccurate| or conflicting repository/application data.Define and document mapping rules| business processes| governance standards| and exception handling.Support implementation of repository security| vulnerability management| and release-gating requirements.Facilitate workshops and collaborate with developers| security teams| DevOps teams| and application owners.Produce high-quality documentation including requirements| process flows| traceability| UAT support| and audit-ready artifacts.

MUST Have SkillsetsStrong experience as a Business Systems Analyst| Systems Analyst| or Technical Business Analyst.Expertise in requirements gathering| documentation| stakeholder management| and process analysis.Experience with data mapping| reconciliation| data governance| and metadata management.Working knowledge of GitHub| Bitbucket| repositories| branching| and repository ownership models.Experience with ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management| CMDB| Asset Management| or Configuration Management.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines| DevSecOps processes| security controls| and vulnerability management workflows.Strong analytical| problem-solving| communication| and documentation capabilities.

Essential Skills: Experience with ServiceNow and its various modules is beneficial. Knowledge of metadata management can enhance the candidates profile. Familiarity with security controls and vulnerability management workflows is advantageous. Understanding of documentation standards and audit-ready artifacts is a plus. Experience in facilitating workshops and collaborating with teams is desirable.Strong experience in Business Systems Analysis and requirements gathering is essential.
