TheSenior R&D Chemist is a hands-on product development leader with strongexperience in the cosmetics and personal care industry, responsible forcreating innovative formulations that align with emerging market trends andcustomer needs. This role drives the full product development lifecycle, fromconcept development and formula creation through scale-up, contractmanufacturing support (APR), and commercialization.
