Location: Montreal, Canada (Onsite)

🏭 Industry: Aerospace (Minimum 2 Years Mandatory)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a business transformation project within the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to understand operational challenges, gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE business process analysis.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Perform impact assessments and maintain requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Support project planning, risk identification, issue tracking, and status reporting.
• Participate in testing, UAT, and change management activities.
• Analyze document management processes, document control, approval workflows, and governance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in the Aerospace Industry.
• Experience in business transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Expertise in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Understanding of project lifecycle, project governance, and change management.
• Knowledge of document management, document control, and approval workflows.
• Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, or operational environments is a strong asset.

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
