We are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong experience in Power BI, SQL, Excel, dashboard development, and regulatory/compliance reporting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Write complex SQL queries and work with multiple data sources.
- Prepare KPI, management, executive, and regulatory reports.
- Use Excel, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and VBA/Macros.
- Perform data quality checks and root-cause analysis.
- Support UAT and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Create BRDs, process documentation, and reporting guidelines.
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
- Advanced SQL skills – Joins, Views, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with dashboard development and KPI reporting.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Experience with regulatory/compliance reporting.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
