🎯 Interview: Final round – In Person

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong experience in Power BI, SQL, Excel, dashboard development, and regulatory/compliance reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Write complex SQL queries and work with multiple data sources.
Prepare KPI, management, executive, and regulatory reports.
Use Excel, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and VBA/Macros.
Perform data quality checks and root-cause analysis.
Support UAT and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
Create BRDs, process documentation, and reporting guidelines.

🔹 Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
Advanced SQL skills – Joins, Views, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with dashboard development and KPI reporting.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Experience with regulatory/compliance reporting.
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
