Role: Data Architect
Location: Toronto, ON
8+ Years of experience Candidate only
Key Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management
- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, REST, OData, Web APIs, SSIS, SQL, JavaScript, CRM SDK, SSRS
- Experience designing scalable Dynamics 365 integration architectures on Azure
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF controls, Power BI
- Data migration, mapping, analysis, and harmonization; Azure Data Factory preferred
- Experience with DevOps pipelines for cloud-based CRM solutions
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, or Talkdesk
- Healthcare Payer/Provider experience is preferred
- Strong client-facing, analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills
- Experience leading technical workshops, architecture/design discussions, POCs, and presales initiatives
- Agile methodology experience
Good-to-Have Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customizations
- Azure Integration Services
