Hiring: Data Architect | Toronto, ON |
Role: Data Architect
Location: Toronto, ON
8+ Years of experience Candidate only
Key Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management
- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, REST, OData, Web APIs, SSIS, SQL, JavaScript, CRM SDK, SSRS
- Experience designing scalable Dynamics 365 integration architectures on Azure
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF controls, Power BI
- Data migration, mapping, analysis, and harmonization; Azure Data Factory preferred
- Experience with DevOps pipelines for cloud-based CRM solutions
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, or Talkdesk
- Healthcare Payer/Provider experience is preferred
- Strong client-facing, analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills
- Experience leading technical workshops, architecture/design discussions, POCs, and presales initiatives
- Agile methodology experience
Good-to-Have Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customizations
- Azure Integration Services

Responsibilities
Design scalable Dynamics 365 integration architectures on Azure and lead data migration, mapping, analysis, and harmonization. Lead technical workshops, architecture and design discussions, proofs of concept, and presales initiatives while supporting cloud CRM DevOps and integrations with CCaaS platforms.
Requirements
Requires 8–10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, including Sales and Customer Service, and strong expertise in Azure integration services, MuleSoft, APIs, SQL, and related CRM technologies. Candidates should have hands-on Power Platform experience, strong client-facing and technical leadership skills, and Agile experience; healthcare payer/provider experience and listed Microsoft certifications are preferred or good to have.
