We are looking for a Senior Data/CRM Architect with strong Dynamics 365 CE and Azure Integration experience.
🔹 Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
- Hands-on experience with Azure integration architecture
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management & ADF
- Strong knowledge of REST, OData, Web APIs, SSIS and middleware
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, CRM SDK and SSRS
- Strong experience in data migration, data mapping, and data harmonization
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and cloud environments
- Strong client-facing skills and experience leading technical workshops
- Experience with MuleSoft is a plus
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Genesys, NICE, or Talkdesk is a plus
- Healthcare Payor/Provider experience is preferred

Responsibilities
Architect Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions and Azure integrations, including connections to contact center platforms such as Genesys, NICE, or Talkdesk. Lead technical workshops and guide data migration, mapping, and harmonization across cloud environments.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience, strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Service, and hands-on Azure integration architecture experience. Candidates should also bring expertise in APIs, middleware, C#, JavaScript, SQL, CRM tools, data migration, DevOps, and client-facing technical leadership; healthcare experience is preferred, and MuleSoft experience is a plus.
