We are looking for a Senior Data/CRM Architect with strong Dynamics 365 CE and Azure Integration experience.
🔹 Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
- Hands-on experience with Azure integration architecture
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management & ADF
- Strong knowledge of REST, OData, Web APIs, SSIS and middleware
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, CRM SDK and SSRS
- Strong experience in data migration, data mapping and data harmonization
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and cloud environments
- Strong client-facing skills and experience leading technical workshops
- Experience with MuleSoft is a plus
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Genesys, NICE or Talkdesk is a plus
- Healthcare Payor/Provider experience is preferred

Architect data and CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Azure integration services. Lead technical workshops and guide data migration, mapping, harmonization, and integrations with customer service platforms.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of Dynamics 365 CE or CRM experience, including strong expertise in Sales, Customer Service, Azure integration architecture, and data migration. Candidates should also bring experience with APIs, middleware, development and reporting tools, DevOps, cloud environments, and client-facing technical leadership; MuleSoft, contact center integrations, and healthcare experience are preferred or advantageous.
