We are looking for an experienced GCP Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Google BigQuery, SQL, and data warehousing. Experience with dbt and telecommunications data, including customer calls, chats, and network data, is highly desirable.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work with BigQuery to process and analyze large datasets.
- Write complex SQL queries and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain dbt models for data transformation, testing, and documentation.
- Build and maintain reliable data warehousing solutions.
- Use Python scripts for automation and data processing.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and ensure data security and governance.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
🔹 Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP and BigQuery.
- Excellent SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
- Basic to intermediate Python scripting skills.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Experience with dbt is a plus.
- Telecommunications domain experience, particularly with CES, customer calls, chats, and network data, is highly desirable.

Requirements

Basic to intermediate Python scripting and familiarity with Git are expected; dbt experience and telecommunications data experience are desirable.
