🔹 Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced GIS Senior Functional Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in ArcGIS / Esri Enterprise to provide functional application support, troubleshoot issues, and support GIS operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for GIS applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests.
- Support application upgrades, integrations, and configuration changes.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
- Maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
🔹 Mandatory Skills:
- 10 years of relevant GIS experience.
- Strong experience with ArcGIS / Esri Enterprise.
- Experience in application support and incident management.
- Knowledge of GIS application configuration and user access management.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
