🎯 Interview: Final round – In Person

We are looking for a Java Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and experience managing software delivery teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack applications
  • Lead Java, Angular, QA, and technical teams
  • Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, and delivery plans
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and remove team blockers
  • Ensure technical and architectural alignment
  • Manage senior stakeholders and provide project status/metrics
  • Mentor team members and support technical growth

🔹 Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience

• 4+ years in Delivery Management / Project Management

• Strong Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud & Microservices

• Angular 12+, TypeScript, RxJS & NgRx

  • REST APIs and event-driven architecture
  • Kafka / RabbitMQ
  • PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
  • Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions
  • AWS / Azure
  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have: PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years in delivery or project management, with strong expertise in Java, Spring technologies, microservices, Angular, and related full-stack tools. Candidates should have strong Agile/Scrum experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
