📌 Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) Required
We are looking for an experienced Lead Middleware Platform Architect to lead the design, implementation, automation, and operationalization of enterprise middleware and platform solutions for a global financial institution.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Linux administration, Kubernetes/OpenShift, infrastructure automation, observability, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise middleware and platform solutions.
- Design and implement infrastructure automation for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Manage and support Linux-based environments.
- Work with Kubernetes/OpenShift and container platforms.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Drive production readiness, resiliency, security, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Develop operational runbooks and production support procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Middleware Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong Linux administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Strong experience with automation and scripting (Shell/Python).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure security, scalability, and resiliency.
Nice to Have:
- RDF Triple Store experience.
- Graph database technologies.
- Financial Services / Banking domain experience.
- Cloud platform exposure.
- Python scripting experience.
