We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and business application solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Architect integrations with Azure services, SAP, ERP systems, contact center platforms, and third-party applications.
- Define architecture standards, integration patterns, security, and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership to development, testing, and implementation teams.
- Lead data migration, reporting strategies, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership on solution roadmaps.
🔹 Required Skills
- 10–15 years of IT experience, with strong Dynamics 365 architecture expertise.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing/Customer Insights).
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Entra ID, and ALM practices.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, Agile delivery, and technical leadership.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or public sector.
- Experience leading global delivery teams and multiple projects.
