We are looking for an experienced PLM Solution Architect to join our team in Montreal / Mirabel. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PLM platforms such as Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill, along with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA integration architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for designing PLM solutions, leading technical teams, managing system integrations, and overseeing data migration and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable PLM technical architectures.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead PLM customization, configuration, and integration initiatives.
Design data mapping, workflows, and ETL strategies for PLM data migration.
Architect integrations between PLM systems and SAP S/4HANA.
Lead development teams and oversee technical implementation.
Manage system performance, debugging, testing, and defect resolution.
Establish technical standards and quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical teams.
Ensure PLM solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7–12 years of experience in PLM development and configuration.
5–7 years of experience leading projects involving 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill.
5+ years of experience in data integration architecture between PLM systems and SAP S/4HANA.
Strong hands-on technical experience with at least one major PLM platform.
Very good understanding of CATIA V5 / ENOVIA V5.
Experience with PLM customization, workflows, and data migration (ETL).
Experience working with virtualized environments (VDI/Citrix).
Strong SQL, database design, and stored procedure knowledge.
Excellent debugging, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This is an onsite opportunity in Montreal / Mirabel, Quebec.
