We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program delivery experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA/Testers.
- Define program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate program status and progress to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery methodologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with technology partners and vendors.
🔹 Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, technology delivery, consulting, or systems integration.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and program dependencies.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, Cloud, Data & Analytics.
