We are looking for an experienced Risk Operations Manager / Senior Consultant to support Technology Risk leadership in workforce strategy, business operations, governance, consulting engagement management, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business operations, technology risk, program management, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support workforce strategy, organizational design, resource planning, and staffing activities.
- Manage consulting engagements and managed services, including financial tracking, performance monitoring, risks, and issues.
- Translate business strategies into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate quarterly Integrated Business Reviews (IBR), leadership meetings, and governance forums.
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, reports, and briefing materials.
- Track strategic initiatives, decisions, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Analyze operational performance, capacity, and organizational metrics.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant experience in Business Operations, Technology Risk, Strategy Execution, Program Management, or Consulting.
- Strong understanding of technology organizations, risk governance, operating models, and portfolio management.
- Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and vendor/consulting engagement management.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
Preferred Experience:
- Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, or Operational Risk experience.
- Financial services or banking industry experience.
- Experience with executive committees, business reviews, and governance frameworks.
- Experience improving operational processes and reporting mechanisms.
