We're Hiring: Salesforce Technical Consultant
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our team! If you have strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and quality assurance, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
✅ Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
✅ Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
✅ Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and QA teams.
✅ Develop technical design documents and follow Salesforce best practices.
✅ Support functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
✅ Manage defects, validate deployments, and support release readiness.
✅ Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Salesforce development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools.
- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Understanding of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment practices.
- Experience with test planning, defect management, regression testing, and UAT.
- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation and support experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
