We are looking for an experienced SAP Billing Consultant to support daily billing operations, troubleshoot billing exceptions, and improve billing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional and technical knowledge, along with experience in production support and root-cause analysis.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Support daily SAP billing operations and resolve billing-related exceptions.
- Investigate billing errors, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Prioritize billing issues based on business impact and operational urgency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and AMS teams to resolve complex billing issues and defects.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce recurring exceptions.
- Develop troubleshooting guides, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
- Support the team in improving billing efficiency and operational performance.
🔹 Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP Billing.
- Strong functional and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in billing exception management and production support.
- Knowledge of root-cause analysis and defect resolution.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and AMS teams.
