🏦 Banking Experience: 5+ years required
🤝 Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) required
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and use case development.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and system documentation.
- Identify, track, and resolve business and system issues.
- Review test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Support Development, QA, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- 5+ years of banking experience in business or data analysis.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, data mapping, and documentation.
- Experience with use cases, testing, and UAT support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
