We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Financials EBS R12 Support Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance Oracle Financials applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials, PL/SQL, Linux Shell Scripting, and financial accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support and maintenance for Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
- Support Oracle GL, AP, FA, PO, iExpense, and iProcurement modules.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Configure and troubleshoot Subledger Accounting (SLA) and GL posting workflows.
- Develop and maintain Linux Shell Scripts for automation and batch processing.
- Develop BI Publisher reports and Oracle Concurrent Programs.
- Troubleshoot financial data flows, journal entries, and reconciliation issues.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Perform performance tuning, debugging, testing, and production issue resolution.
- Maintain Oracle EBS customizations, Forms, Reports, and workflows.
Mandatory Skills:
- 6–12 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
- Strong hands-on experience with GL, AP, FA, PO, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Advanced Oracle PL/SQL development skills.
- Strong Linux / Unix Shell Scripting experience.
- Experience with BI Publisher and Concurrent Programs.
- Understanding of financial accounting, debit/credit entries, GL posting, and reconciliation.
- Experience with multi-ledger, multi-organization, and Chart of Accounts (COA).
- Experience with Oracle EBS production support and customization.
Good to Have:
- Pro*C programming experience.
- Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Oracle Workflow, iExpense, and iProcurement.
- Web ADI and Accounting Methods Builder (AMB).
- Oracle EBS R12.2 online patching (EBR).
- Jira and Git/SVN.
