Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI technologies. The ideal candidate will develop and deploy AI-powered business solutions, conversational AI applications, and intelligent automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
- Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and machine learning technologies.
- Integrate Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Develop and customize applications using C#/.NET and Python.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and document AI applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and AI Builder.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI-powered solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and C#/.NET.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI solution architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and Agile development skills.
- 10+ years of experience building web applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure certifications.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and software testing practices.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production AI solutions.
