We’re Hiring: Senior Power Platform Engineer

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable, AI-powered business automation solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, machine learning, and enterprise data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI services.
• Build business applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI and machine learning solutions using Azure AI services, Cognitive Services, and Bot Framework.
• Evaluate LLMs, SLMs, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration patterns.
• Optimize AI models and applications for performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and follow Agile development practices.
• Document technical solutions and communicate recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and C#/.NET.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, application testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 10+ years of experience building web applications.

Good to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Experience with functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Ability to engage directly with business users and stakeholders at all levels.

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
