WE’RE HIRING: Senior Power Platform Engineer – AI & Copilot

Location: Montreal, QC, Canada (Hybrid)

Aptino Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered business solutions, conversational AI, LLM-based systems, and scalable automation solutions integrated with enterprise data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI services.
  • Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Integrate Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
  • Develop and optimize AI/ML models using Azure AI services, Cognitive Services, and related technologies.
  • Implement LLM-based solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and AI orchestration patterns.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and technical teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

✅ Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio

✅ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

✅ Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps

✅ C#/.NET and programming experience with Python, Java, or similar languages

✅ AI/ML concepts, LLMs, conversational AI, and machine learning model deployment

✅ Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks

✅ Agile development methodologies and enterprise application architecture

✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns
  • Experience with application testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Experience interacting directly with business users and technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience building web applications.
