We’re Hiring: Senior Salesforce Consultant
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
About the Opportunity:
Aptino Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to support a Salesforce capability, architecture, and platform assessment for a large enterprise client.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, along with strong experience in enterprise architecture, licensing optimization, technical debt assessment, and business capability evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Salesforce capabilities across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, analytics, and integrations.
- Evaluate platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, scalability, and technical debt.
- Analyze licensing, consumption-based pricing, cost optimization, and FinOps governance.
- Review business value measurement, attribution, analytics, and reporting.
- Assess service operations, case management, workflows, SLAs, and support models.
- Evaluate data governance, identity, consent, and integration with enterprise data platforms.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate findings into actionable recommendations and a prioritized roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Salesforce consulting and technical experience, including 3+ years in large enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud, including legacy and modern architectures.
- Experience in Salesforce architecture reviews, technical debt assessments, and licensing optimization.
- Strong understanding of consumption-based licensing, credits, contacts, API usage, and data volumes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, data modeling, analytics, and governance.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect, Technical Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Data Cloud Consultant.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in retail, consumer, loyalty, personalization, or retail media.
- Familiarity with identity and consent platforms, multilingual deployments, and marketing technology.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Intelligence and cloud cost governance.
Ideal Candidate: A strong communicator who can bridge business strategy and technical architecture, navigate ambiguous enterprise environments, and deliver evidence-based recommendations to executive stakeholders and platform teams.
