Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, migrate, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development and administration, SharePoint migrations, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and support SharePoint Online solutions.
• Perform SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migrations.
• Assess and migrate SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, permissions, and workflows.
• Develop Canvas Apps and SharePoint-integrated applications using Power Apps.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud flows.
• Identify application and workflow dependencies during migrations.
• Configure SharePoint permissions, security groups, navigation, and search.
• Support migration planning, testing, deployment, and production transition.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online.
• Experience with SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migration.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps).
• Strong experience developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for SharePoint administration and migration.
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate or Quest On Demand.

Good to Have:

• SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.
• PnP / PnP Search.
• Microsoft Dataverse.
• Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.
• C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Microsoft 365 governance and security.
• Experience modernizing legacy SharePoint applications and workflows.
