We are looking for an experienced T&L (Time & Labour) Architect with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) to lead enterprise workforce management solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) solutions
- Design workforce management, time-entry, scheduling, and attendance processes
• Integrate OTL with Payroll, Absence Management, and other HCM modules
- Develop labour costing and compliance reporting solutions
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions
- Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production optimization
- Ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and business requirements
🔹 Required Skills
• 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

Responsibilities

Requirements
Requires 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience and strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor, workforce management, payroll integration, and absence management. Also requires experience in labor costing, compliance reporting, architecture, business process design, requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise solution delivery.
