Job Description
This is a temporary 18-month contract opportunity supporting treasury and banking operations. The role is responsible for reconciling bank and treasury-related accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and working closely with internal teams, banking partners, and payment processors to ensure accurate cash and credit card settlements. The incumbent will also support Merchant ID administration, maintain banking records, assist with treasury projects and process improvements, and help ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

The incumbent will also support Merchant ID administration, maintain banking records, assist with treasury projects and process improvements, and help ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank and treasury-related General Ledger accounts to identify errors, missing funds, and other discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve variances by proactively following up with internal departments, banks, and external partners.
- Support the maintenance of relationships with banking partners and payment processing companies to facilitate investigations and confirmation requests.
- Provide support to the U.S. Global Business Services (GBS) team in resolving cash and credit card settlement issues.
- Work closely with the IT team and assist with the setup and maintenance of Merchant IDs (MIDs) with various payment processing companies.
- Maintain and update the company's database of credit card Merchant IDs and related banking information.
- Assist with treasury and banking-related projects, including process improvements and system implementations.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and analyses to support treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and banking procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, banking, treasury, or a related field.
