We are hiring a full-time Data Entry Clerk to join our Finance team at Carleton DIning Services. The Data Entry Clerk supports the day-to-day operations of the department by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial data and records. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling information, organizing documentation, and assisting with administrative and reporting tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

About The Job
Entering supplier invoices to accounting system ? Reviewing and sending weekly purchase summary to components' managers.
Coordinating with component managers to review inventory counts and enter information
Processing weekly sales reconciliation and enacting invoices for events
Communicating with vendors to reconcile accounts payable statements
Organizing productivity reports
Other Data Entry Duties Required By Management
Filing, scanning and organizing paperwork
About You
Previous Data Entry experience
Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
Ability to adhere to confidentiality when working with sensitive information
Ability to work independently and minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Proficiency in basic computer program
Willingness to learn and upgrade skills as needed
