THE OPPORTUNITY:
To support our focus on delivering strategic HR initiatives, exceptional customer service, and strong business results, we are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. This is a 12-month temporary position reporting to the Manager, Human Resources. As a full-service HR Business Partner, this role will provide advice, support and guidance to leaders and employees across a broad range of people matters, including talent attraction, talent retention, talent development, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness and change management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high-quality HR service through coaching, guidance and advice to leaders on best practices in people management techniques, employee engagement, and retention of our talent

Help develop and communicate to internal stakeholders HR policies, procedures, standards, and regulations
