As Manager, Business Process, you own the design, improvement, and governance of supply chain planning processes across the organization. You are the person who turns operational complexity into clear, scalable workflows, facilitating workshops, diagnosing root causes, and driving adoption of process changes across functions. The Business Process team is responsible for defining, standardizing, and continuously improving enterprise processes to enable efficient, scalable, and cross-functional operations. The team partners closely with business functions, Technology, and Data & Analytics to ensure processes are aligned to business strategy, supported by systems and data, and consistently executed.
