- Supporting the preparation of management reviews, business updates, quality performance reports, and operational metrics.
- Maintaining and managing Material Quality databases, scorecards, reporting tools, and quality management systems to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and consistency.
- Managing Material Quality documentation and document control processes, including standards, procedures, test methods, training materials, and quality records.
- Coordinating the collection, tracking, and reporting of corrective actions, supplier performance indicators, quality incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating operational and administrative activities that support Material Quality programs, including sample receipt and distribution, spectrophotometer measurements, laboratory submissions, shipping and receiving activities, documentation management, record retention, and quality archive maintenance.
- Coordinating quality initiatives, benchmarking activities, governance programs, action tracking, and continuous improvement projects.
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Reviewing and updating supplier quality manuals and associated documentation.
- Developing standard operating procedures and harmonized quality processes across regions and functions.
- Monitoring material quality programs and analyzing quality, testing, and supplier performance data to support leadership reviews and KPI reporting.
Are you our next Material Quality Analyst?
- You hold a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, Statistics, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent professional experience.
- You have 3+ years of experience in analytics, technical writing, operations, quality systems, project coordination, business intelligence, or related functions.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ERP systems, or quality management systems is considered an asset.
- You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- You are proactive, resourceful, and motivated by continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively communicate technical and non-technical information.
- You are comfortable working independently and collaborating across multiple functions and regions.
