Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid/remote work
Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home
Pay Range: $44,700 to $55,100; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience
Duration: Eight (8) months, January 4, 2027 – August 13, 2027
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F
Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As an Immigration & Mobility Co-op Student, you play an important role in supporting the programs that enable global talent to join, relocate, and work at Arc'teryx. You contribute to immigration, relocation, and mobility operations by helping manage case coordination, compliance activities, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role challenges you to balance multiple priorities, maintain accuracy while working with sensitive employee data, and navigate a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. You gain exposure to global mobility, immigration, relocation, mobility tax, and HR processes while partnering with teams across Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, and external service providers. Through meaningful project work and day-to-day operational support, you will develop transferable skills in program coordination, stakeholder management, compliance administration, and business process improvement.

The Immigration & Mobility team supports Arc'teryx's ability to attract and retain global talent by managing immigration, relocation, and mobility programs across multiple regions. We partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, business leaders, employees, and external vendors to deliver compliant, efficient, and employee-focused mobility solutions that support business growth.

Here are some of the things you will learn by the end of your Co-Op placement:You will develop a strong understanding of how immigration, relocation, and mobility programs support a global organization's talent strategy and employee experience. You will gain hands-on experience with compliance administration, stakeholder management, program reporting, and process improvement while working across multiple HR functions and external service providers.

You are enrolled in the third or fourth year of a degree or diploma program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, International Relations, or a related field;

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality;

You communicate professionally, enjoy working with data and processes, and are motivated to learn about immigration, mobility, and talent operations;

Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required, while familiarity with Workday, SharePoint, or HR-related processes is an asset;

You are curious, collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to meaningful work that supports employees and business growth;
Compensation: The salary range for this role is: 44,700 to $55,100; Individual pay is determined by factors such as program of study, year of study, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
