Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As Senior Manager, Global Brand Programs, you are a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping how the Arc’teryx brand is expressed globally - across stories, moments, and experiences. You operate at the intersection of brand strategy, narrative development, and global alignment, translating strategic brand vision into clear frameworks that guide seasonal storytelling and maximize brand impact and reach globally.

You define what matters, why it matters, and how the brand should show up - while enabling teams across the organization to bring those strategies to life with consistency, relevance, and cultural credibility.

The Brand Programs portfolio spans across many important facets of the business including Circularity, ReBIRD, Community Impact, Brand Content and distribution.

You are a trusted partner to senior leaders across Brand, Product, Creative, Community, Sports Marketing, Retail, and Regional Marketing, influencing decisions that shape the future of the brand. In this role you are a people leader, managing, coaching and developing a high performing team.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work (or remote Canada with travels to North Vancouver, BC). Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Brand Marketing team is the direct connection between the guest and the Arc’teryx brand through content and experience. We work in lockstep with our Regional Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications, Sports Marketing, Community, and Operational Teams, as well as our Partners and Agencies to create experiences and tell stories that are relevant, thought-provoking and true to who we are.

\nIf you were the Senior Manager, Global Brand Programs, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

Stewarding the long-term global brand positioning, narrative, and strategic priorities in partnership with Brand Strategy leadership
Owning the global storytelling calendar at a strategic level, ensuring clarity of intent and alignment to brand objectives
Driving a compelling Global Brand Content and distribution strategy that expands reach, engagement and brand impact
Influencing the direction of the brand’s Circularity initiatives across the organization, working in lockstep with cross functional partners to drive growth of the platform
Leading and developing team members, creating clarity of purpose, enabling high performance and supporting career development
Designing and owning the strategic frameworks that guide global brand programs, storytelling systems, and seasonal brand priorities
Defining success metrics and guardrails for brand programs, enabling teams to execute with consistency while allowing for local relevance
Supporting the long term strategy and positioning for the Brand’s Community Impact portfolio
Supporting the development of the global GTM strategy, seasonal brand objectives and briefs
Leading enablement sessions for regions and partners to drive understanding, adoption and integration of global strategies
Leveraging consumer insights, market trends and competitive analysis to inform and drive strategic decisions
Operating as a brand steward and cultural leader, advocating for long-term brand integrity and authenticity
Partnering with the creative team on the Brand’s long form storytelling platform

Developing foundational brand tools and resources for the business to leverage such as toolkits, playbooks and guidelines
Crafting global briefs and partnering with global creative through the lifecycle of a project, ensuring that campaigns and content deliver on strategic intent

Are you our next Senior Manager, Global Brand Programs?

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
You have 8+ years of relevant experience within a global organization and a deep understanding of brand and product marketing in the outdoor industry
You have experience in people management and leading teams
You are authentically connected to and acutely aware of the outdoor industry, technical outdoor product, and are connected to the culture of outdoor sport
You have a proven track record of building successful strategic marketing plans within brand and/or product marketing
You are a relationship builder and people connector – you have proven experience working and connecting with people from the outdoor industry across the globe
You have an entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy thinking outside the box and search for solutions or improvement to any situation
You have strong awareness of the Arc’teryx brand, product and consumer
You remain highly flexible and creative when faced with ambiguity
Your passion for work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is CAD$126,000 - CAD$165,000

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
