Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to schedule, track, and monitor the movement of shipments.

Financial Data Entry: Maintain precise, real-time records of shipping expenses and accounts payable data in our internal systems.
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all transport documentation and financial records align with local/international trade laws and company compliance standards.
Vendor & Team Communication: Act as the central point of contact for suppliers, logistics partners, and internal management regarding shipment and billing statuses.
Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics administration, freight forwarding, or basic accounting clerk roles.
Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., Accounts Payable, invoice reconciliation, billing, data entry into financial software).
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic accounting tools (like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar), logistics tracking tools, and strong MS Excel skills.
