Original job description

I’m partnering with an established Salesforce consulting partner that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth across Canada and the US and they’re looking for an experienced Salesforce seller to become a key part of that journey.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants more than simply stepping into another AE role! You’ll be joining a growing sales function where you’ll have real autonomy, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence how the business grows across Canada & North America.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team, including the CEO, to develop existing relationships, open new accounts and build further presence across Canada and the US. As the sales function continues to expand, there’s also genuine scope to grow your own career with it, whether that means taking on larger strategic accounts or progressing towards sales leadership.

They’re looking for an experienced Salesforce seller who can build credibility quickly, develop strong relationships and turn opportunities into long-term customer partnerships and revenue.

What’s on offer?

Existing accounts alongside genuine net-new opportunity
Opportunity to sell across both the Canadian and US markets
Close collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership team
Plenty of autonomy to develop your market and approach
A business where you can genuinely influence the growth journey
Long-term progression as the sales function expands
A straightforward, quick interview process

Who am I looking for?

You’ll already have experience selling within the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally for a consulting/SI partner or Salesforce directly.
You’ll understand how to navigate Salesforce relationships, generate your own opportunities, expand existing accounts and confidently sell complex Salesforce services.
Most importantly, you’ll have a demonstrable track record of winning business. They’re looking for someone experienced who can understand the proposition quickly, build credibility with customers and get moving.
Experience in the following industries would be beneficial: Financial Services, HLS, RCG, Technology or Manufacturing

If you’re an experienced Salesforce seller looking for autonomy, visibility with leadership and the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious Salesforce partner, I’d love to speak.

Drop me a message or apply directly for a confidential conversation.

Please follow us at https://www.linkedin.com/company/aretiforce to keep up to date with all our roles.
