Provide prospective tenants with general property and availability information.
Respond to tenant questions relating to move-ins, move-outs, and other property matters.
Act as a liaison between tenants and the Maintenance team when service or repair assistance is required.
Track inquiries and follow-up items to ensure timely responses and resolutions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
