We’re looking for a dependable and professional Class 1 Truck Driver for day shift regional pick-up and delivery operations within and around Fredericton. This role is perfect for drivers who thrive working independently, value safety, and deliver exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries across multiple regional stops.
- Safely operate Class 1 vehicles in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Load and unload freight with care and accuracy.
- Complete documentation and scanning using handheld devices.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of your assigned vehicle.
- Valid Class 1 License with no restrictions and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Proven ability to operate manual transmission truckswith recent experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years driving a tractor-trailer.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional routes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with freight handling and scanning equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled regional freight pick-ups and deliveries, safely operate a Class 1 vehicle, and load and unload freight accurately. Complete documentation and scanning, communicate with dispatch and customers, and maintain the assigned vehicle.
Requirements
Applicants need an unrestricted Class 1 license, a clean driver’s abstract, and at least two years of tractor-trailer driving experience; recent manual-transmission experience is preferred. They should know local and regional routes, work independently, manage time effectively, and ideally have experience handling freight and using scanning equipment.
