Location: Dartmouth, NS
Schedule: 4 on 4 off night shift rotation | 12 hour shifts

What You’ll Do
- Greet inbound and outbound drivers and capture key equipment details
- Verify load seals and gather essential delivery information
- Prepare paperwork for inbound freight using customer systems
- Assist dispatch and support operational tasks - no two days are the same!
- Pitch in where needed, including data entry and occasional loading support
- Strong computer skills with ability to work in multiple systems and accurately enter data
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance documentation
- Comfortable working outdoors at times and moving between office and yard areas
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask the right questions to gather accurate information
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support other operations functions as needed
- Strong communication and attention to detail
