Role Purpose

The Integrated Marketing Program Manager plays a central role in shaping, connecting, and executing integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, digital channels and Brand & Communications. This individual brings a holistic marketing lens, driving consistency in how Armstrong shows up across all channels and touchpoints, with a strong focus on how campaigns, brand strategy and messaging come to life.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Strategy

Translate Armstrong's brand and business priorities into integrated global marketing programs
Develop cross-channel strategies that connect brand, digital, content, events, PR and regional activation
Identify opportunities to connect initiatives and customer touchpoints that might otherwise operate independently
Develop campaign briefs, audience strategies, messaging frameworks and activation plans
Partner with Regional Marketing and Product Management to turn business priorities into customer-facing programs
Establish the integrated marketing approach for major global initiatives and product launches, ensuring consistency across channels and regions
Provide strategic direction to channel owners and execution teams, ensuring individual tactics contribute to the broader marketing objective

Project Management and Delivery

Lead multiple marketing programs and projects simultaneously across Brand & Communications initiatives
Maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
Identify risks, gaps, or delays and proactively work with the team to resolve them
Drive programs from strategy through execution, ensuring deliverables remain connected to the overall marketing objectives

Campaign and Initiative Management

Lead the integrated rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR and and event channels
Coordinate asset development, approvals, and delivery in line with overall direction
Identify opportunities to strengthen campaigns through additional channels, content, or customer touchpoints

Marketing Coordination and cross functional alignment

Develop the global event branding strategy, establishing how Armstrong's brand, campaigns, and messaging come to life across key events
Help ensure alignment between campaign strategy and event messaging, materials, and overall experience
Ensure alignment between campaign strategy and event execution, including messaging, content, materials, digital activation, and the overall customer experience
Act as a strategic connector across Brand & Communications, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Events and Design teams

Marketing Performance and Lead Management

Define lead capture and measurement for integrated marketing programs in partnership with Digital and Regional Marketing teams

Ensure appropriate lead capture and CRM processes are incorporated into campaigns and events

What We're Looking For

7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technical environments
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals - campaigns, messaging, brand, digital, events, customer journeys and channels
Ability to translate business and brand priorities into actionable marketing strategies and programs
Experience developing and delivering integrated, cross-channel marketing programs
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working across teams and functions
